Terms of Service

Atollo is designed for property hosts, managers, and their guests. You may only use the service for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not use Atollo to engage in fraudulent, abusive, harmful, misleading, or unlawful activity.

Host accounts require accurate and current registration information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account.

Guest access may be provided through property-specific links and may not require account creation.

You must not:

• ■interfere with or disrupt the platform
• ■attempt to gain unauthorised access
• ■scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or misuse the service
• ■upload unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content
• ■use the platform in a way that harms others or Atollo

We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where we state otherwise.

You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

We may change pricing in the future with reasonable prior notice to active subscribers.

All platform software, branding, design, and proprietary technology belong to Atollo or its licensors.

You retain ownership of content you upload, including property information, instructions, and media.

By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, and display that content as necessary to operate the service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any content you upload.

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes from time to time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atollo is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from use of the service.

Our total liability relating to any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Atollo in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You may stop using the service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, misuse, non-payment, or where necessary to protect the platform or other users.
